Trained at the New York Culinary Institute, Karalee has created her own line of delicious hand-made chocolates, made from local and organic ingredients. If her standard range isn’t enough for you, then you can go one step further and meet Karalee herself. In your consultation, she will design a range of chocolates entirely to suit your taste buds and aesthetic pleasing. This doesn't come cheap, but if you are ready to splash out even further, then she will also create a personal selection.

This is a really interesting idea that crosses the boundaries between practicality and art. These porcelain tea cups have patterned designs in the style of tea stains, which become more prominent the more you use the cup and naturally create more stains. As a true artist, Laura explains the reason for this design as examining "the function that use is damaging to a product." Along with the cup comes a saucer, which has the design of a shadow, cast by the cup depending on the time of day.
