Planet Notion is looking for guys and dolls to film and edit features for its new TV channel, PNTV. Accompanying Notion to artist interviews, gigs, fashion shows, festivals and international events, you will be skilled, passionate and full of ideas about how to produce shit-hot video content. Camera-folk will be experienced and ideally have their own equipment, or at least access to equipment, while editors must be able to turn projects around quickly, and with stylistic flare. If you can both film and edit content, we would especially like to hear from you! These casual, unpaid positions would be ideal for those looking to develop their showreels, and to get the chance to travel, film major artists and top events.

Supposedly Rokit sold over a million lumberjack shirts last year and as far as my 'street' eye can tell, there's no sign of a slowdown on that trend yet. Brazilian shoe brand, Melissa, has teamed up with our very own Granddame of fashion, Vivienne Westwood. Melissa modernized the classic VW T-bar, swapping leather for brightly-hued plastic, while the Melissa Ultragirl received the Westwood, treatment via her signature Anglomaniac tartan and rose prints. Let’s face it, Denmark has always been a fashionable country – known for their clean design, cool fashion labels and enviable street style – no wonder British brand SWEAR wanted to get in on some of that cool. So Danish sports brand, hummel, was the obvious choice when it came to brand synergy, and the result is 'I S***R by hummel' a capsule footwear collection featuring six styles based on shoes by both hummel and SWEAR (the identifiable pointy toe of a SWEAR shoe being a dead giveaway as to which are by them, methinks). Swish. |

The high street/designer collaboration isn't a new thing in womenswear, but menswear on the high street has been a little slow on the uptake. Topman, taking a lead from its sister brand, is looking to rectify the situation with an upcoming collaboration with fashion collective, 'The Look Presents.' A creative hub for various designers, for their first collaboration, The Look Presents is working with Wonder Workshop – the designing duo responsible for those animalistic, tattoo-like prints that you associate with 70s rock n rollers – Led Zeppelin, Iggy Pop and Mick Jagger all wore their designs. So come this Spring you'll be able to channel the spirit, with snarling tigers and hissing snakes, all on tees. Wild thing indeed.
